i attended a wedding nearby, and the location was convenient. i could easily grab a pub meal because i chose to eat offsite. the staff kindly reopened the function room bar for us later. it was a lovely gesture, and i appreciated it.
the shower had low water pressure, and it was a problem. i did report it on the first night, yet it was not improved . this was disappointing.

The staff were very helpful. I appreciated the manager's attentiveness when i realized i forgot some essentials the location was convenient i was attending a wedding at hawkstone hall the breakfast was nice i thought. the room was clean when i arrived. i found the food good especially given the limited menus at the time.
i noticed a small area needing tlc in the bathroom, the shower head holder was broken and the toilet paper felt a bit flimsy but it was ok.

the hotel features two golf courses for guests and visitors; one has plenty of water features and the other offers magnificent views i saw. both courses appeared to be in great condition when i walked around them.

The staff was very helpful. the breakfast options included both hot and cold selections, a good start to the day. the location near the follies offered a chance for exploration and beautiful scenery. i watched football after a round of golf.
The drinks prices seemed a bit high. It was a small downside to an otherwise wonderful stay.

The room was clean and well organised with lovely decor.
The corner on the side of the bath was dusty. I think having a shower over a bath is a little dated and I think it would be better if this was changed to a shower tray. The toilet paper is flimsy.
